Dark Matches / Shotgun Saturday Night
Match 1: Tom Jones (Jobber) vs Mike Modest (jobber)
Who are these guys and does anyone really really really care??? nope.
Winner: Mike Morris via Some over-the-shoulder neck drop.
Match 2: Jobber vs Dan "The Beast" Severn
HUGE POP for "The Beast" as he came into the ring. The fans were behind him. All
he needs is a good angle. Lots of german-style wrestling.
Winner: Dan Severn via Arm-Bar
Match 3: Farooq / Scorpio vs Los Boriquas
The crowd did cheer, but who cared? Wasn't a very big match between these guys.
Winner: Farooq / Scorpio via Scorpio 450 Splash on Miguel
Match 4: Murdoch vs Bradshaw
Bradshaw comes out with a new look, no mustache. But he's big and tough and runs
over his opponent in no time.
Winner: Bradshaw via Clothesline from hell.
Match 5: Too Much vs Fallen Angel / Suicide Kid
Too Hott Scott Taylor and Too Sexy Brian Christopher were too gay. There were chants
of "faggot, faggot." Christopher did some move and started cheering. So he ran up
and jumped up on Taylor, accidentally pulling him over the top rope and into the
ring. They were funny but dumb. The crowd was really on them! As for FA and SK...
MORE LIGHTWEIGHTS!!!
Winner: Too Much via Tennesee Jam
Match 6: Gangrel vs Bob Holly
Gangrel came out drinking his cup of red... blood. he came in and beat the snot
out of Holly and slapped on the Super DDT for the win.
Winner: Gangrel via Super DDT
End hour one. Looking down it was only 8:30... It's gonna be a long night!!!
So far Gangrel looked good. 450 Splash is definately a great move to watch. but
we saw Los Boriquas... that's like me seeing Vincent wrestle at the last Nitro event...
Sunday Night Heat
Commenators: Shane McMahon & James E CornetteSide Node: It's the return
of Jim Cornette! I thought he got fired! Well he's back in the WWF and got a mixed
reaction. Some booed some cheered. But it's no doubt that Cornette is a great promoter.
Match 1: Dustin Runnels vs Mankind w/ The Rock & Ken Shamrock
Big surprise as Mankind walked down, and close behind him came the Rock and (Sacramento's
own) Ken Shamrock. wasn't too much of a match. I think everyone was more surprised
to see Rock and Shamrock with Mankind. After the match, all three walked out with
out saying a word to each other.
Winner: ManKind via Double Arm DDT then Mandible Claw
Interview with Val Venus
"HELLO LADIES!" As Dustin recovered from the Mandible claw, Val Venus made his appearence.
The crowd was behind him and cheering loudly as he made his sexual innuendos about
Dustin and his wife. He was about to showhis "newest movie" but decided to let Dustin
think about what was on it. Dustin started crying again. This continues to make
Val into a huge heel in the WWF.
Interview with Undertaker and Kane by Micheal Cole.
Cole talks to Undertaker. UT says that it's only business nothing else. He wouldn't
throw scalding hot water on Vince if he was on fire. Talks about the Kane/UT vs
DOA later tonight. Kane speaks, but I didn't understand him because the Mankind,
Rock, and Shamrock jump out and attack. Fade out...
We return to see Vince telling Mankind that he shouldn't interfere
and that it was the master plan. Vince kisses up saying, "did you get my card?"
Mankind is left not knowing what to do...
Match 2: Jacquiline w/ Marc Mero vs Luna w/ Oddities & Sable
Surprising Woman's match here. Lots of hair pulls and such. But Jackie got a clean
win submission. Afterwards, Sable grabbed the mic and said, "Jackie, get your ass
back here you b****" Jackie came out and challenged Sable to a wrestling match.
Which was accepted.
Winner: Jacquiline via Figure Four
Match 3: HHH, X-Pac, Badd Ass w/ Chyna & Roaddog vs Jeff Jarrett, Owen
Hart, D-Lo Brown w/ Southern Justice.
D-Generation X comes out to a huge pop. They do their normal fireworks display.
Roaddog can't speak from the guitar shot to the throat by Jarrett. So Billy Gunn
tries to do the intro. But he screws up and decides to go, "Oh forget it, if you're
not down with dX, I got two words for ya!" SUCK IT!!!
Jeff Jarrett comes down with Souther Justice, then Owen and D-Lo Brown walk down.
D-Lo acts all cocky and stuff. It was a pretty entertainin match. But as Everyone
fought on the outside, Catenbury runs in, and gives X-Pac the Problem Solver and
D-Lo slams the Lo-Down on him. On the rampway, HHH was fighting someone, when Mark
Henry ran out and clocked him. Then Henry gave a HUGE legdrop on the back of HHH's
head. dX didn't realize it until they lost the match.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett, Owen Hart, & D-Lo Brown via Lo-Down.
Match 4: Edge vs Taka w/ Yamaguchi-san
Taka came down the aisle in his old trunks. Edge came from the crowd. He was ready
to fight. Taka used some of his old manuvers to attack, such as the jump to top
turnbuckle to la plancha on the outside onto Edge. Edge fights back and hits the
Downward Spiral for the win. Keientai runs in and attacks Edge. But Gangrel saves
Edge. They jar at each other, but nothing else. Gangrel leaves, and Edge disappears
into the crowd.
Winner: Edge via Downward Spiral
Interview Sgt Slaughter.
He brings out Al Snow and yells at him because he's dumb and can't understand why
he's being thrown out all the time. Slaughter tells Snow that he can wrestle him
to get back into WWF. If Slaughter wins, Snow has to leave the WWF. This happens
on Tomorrow on Raw!!! ( or in about 20-30 minutes ha ha)
Match 5: DOA w/ Ellering vs Kane & UnderTaker
Undertaker and Kane were huge with the crowd. They came in to a standing obation.
DOA was completely dominated.
Winner: Kane & UnderTaker via Kane Tombstone
End hour 2! Oh my God! it's 9:30 and we haven't even started raw yet! At this
rate, we'll be in Sacramento till 12:00
Intermission match starring:
Match 1: Badd Ass Billy Gunn vs Jeff Jarrett
Roaddog came out with cue cards so Billy Gunn wouldn't mess up. He did a good job.
Double J came out with So Just, but the ref sent both teams back to the locker rooms.
1-on-1 match is surprising!!! It was a pretty good battle but Billy Gunn put a neck-breaker
on to win.
Winner: Badd Ass Billy Gunn via neck breaker
Raw is War / WarZone
Commentators: Shane McMahon & Jim CornetteFireworks display goes off and
the crowd goes wild. But we'd been there for 2 hours already and half the crowd
was tired or lost their voices by then.
Intro: Vince McMahon. He struts down to the ring with a chous
of boos. He brushes it off and tells Stone Cold Steve Austin not to come out. He
points to show UnderTaker and Kane at the entry way. Vince then he asks for Mankind,
Rock, and Shamrock down to ringside. He tells them that they shouldn't interfere
with the master plan. But instead, Vince has decided that Austin and a partner will
face Kane and Undertaker later tonight. Main event right? WRONG! Vince tells the
three that the partner will NOT be one of them. Why? because he says that Shamrock
is Dangerous and he should be the WWF Champion! Then he tells the Rock that he should
not only be the People's Champion, but the WWF Champion. He only glares at Mankind.
Then he announces that Shamrock, Rock, and Mankind will have a Triple Threat Match
between these three. The Winner will face the WWF Champion, who, "I garentee will
NOT be Stone Cold Steve Austin" - Vince. Main event has been set.
Match 1: Headbangers vs the Oddities
Headbangers come out and dance around. But the Oddities come out to ICP and bring
the house down! The Headbangers then decide to dance to ICP, since it's their type
of music. They whip out the silly string and spray it all around. But then they
turn to Kurrgan and Silva and spray it into their eyes so they can't see. Mosh throws
Luna out of the ring. They jump Golga and steal his Cartman Doll. They each grab
a leg and rip Cartman in half. This is when I stood up and yelled: "OH MY GOD, THEY
KILLED CARTMAN!!! YOU BASTARDS!!!" They went around and threw all the stuffing all
over the ring, kicking Golga and laughing at the oddities. Golga was crushed trying
to pick up stuffing and the outer mateiral of his doll. This was the turn of the
Headbangers.
Winner: NO MATCH
Interview with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
He comes out and talks trash about the Undertaker and Kane. For In Your House: Breakdown,
Austin will not be 3:16, he'll be Austin 666!!!
Match 2: Southern Justice vs. DOA w/ Ellering
Look! It's DOA again! I don't remember much about this match. They did the usual
fight. But then Jeff Jarrett came down with his guitar and smashed it over Ellering's
head. Then So. Just. just left the match and DOA didn't know what happened.
Winner: DOA via countout... I think.
Match 3: Sgt Slaughter vs Al Snow w/ Head in Boot Camp Match.
Sgt Slaughter comes out in his army outfit ready for battle. Al Snow jumps out from
the crowd. He grabs the mic and asks, "What does everyone want?" HEAD!!! "What does
everyone need?" HEAD!!! "What does everyone love?" HEAD!!!" Slaughter jumps him
from behind. Slaughter uses his belt. Snow used a chair. Snow pulls off a great
move. Slaughter was down and Snow jumps on the barrier and moonsaults onto Slaughter!
Eventually, Slaughter gets Snow in the Cobra clutch. Snow pushes him back into a
turnbucklet to get out. The clutch is on again! Snow ducks his head sending Slaughter
into the turnbuckle. Snow grabs head. Someone behind me says, "Slaughter wants some
head!" Low blow! Snow hits Slaughter with Head. Pin... 1-2-3!!! Snow Wins!!! Brisco
and Patterson run in and beat on Snow. Who's to rescue? Scorpio!!! ECW helps its
own!!!
Winner: Al Snow via Low Blow by Head.
Match 5: Val Venus vs Owen Hart
Dustin went to do comentary as Venus and Hart wrestled. They had a good battle.
But then Runnels ran in and interfered. Hart disappeared faster than lightening.
But Venus fought back and lock Dustin in the ropes. Then Venus said that he was
about to forget what was had happened between them, but now he was goign to show
Dustin his latest feature... "There's something about Terri." (Terri is Dustin's
wife).
Terri comes on the screen and says that she needs "a bigger man" for her. Then Val's
head pops out of the sheets and he says he's looking for the kitty. They talk more
trash. Then Venus tells Dustin, "I never found the kitty!" and leaves. Dustin finally
breaks free and falls to his knees and prays.
Winner: Val Venus via DQ (outside interference)
Match 6: X-Pac vs D-Lo Brown for Eurpeon Title
Huge pop for X-Pac as he ran out. D-lo was being cocky as usual. This time it lead
to his downfall. Everyone was thinking that Jeff Jarrett would run out and interfere
with this match. X-Pac still has great atletisim, running jumping and his spinning
heal kicks. And of course his Bronco buck in the corner. By the end of the match,
D-Lo went up top for the Low-Down. X-Pac got up, caught his jump and executed the
Face Smash! D-Lo was out! 1-2-3!!! NEW EUROPEAN CHAMPION!!! Roaddog & Chyna came
out and celebrated as X-Pac went all over the aisle-way doing his crotch chop and
raising the belt over his head. Unfortuneately, HHH became a no-show the rest of
the evening...
Winner & NEW CHAMPION: X-Pac via Face Smash
Match 7: Jacquiline w/ Marc Mero vs Sablefor WWF Woman's Championship
It's the return of the Woman's Championship Title. It was kinda sudden. But here
it is! Jacquiline and Mero came in all hugs and kisses with each other. But Sable
hit the scene and the crowd went wild!!! Everyone wanted to see her in action! It
was a good match and Sable got a shot in at Mero. But Mero would get his revenge.
Sable tried to get Jackie in a suples over the ropes into the ring. But Mero grabbed
Sable's leg, pulling Jackie on top of her, and holding it down so she couldn't kick
out of a pin. Sable got upset.
Winner and new Woman's Champion: Jacquiline via pinfall
Camera shot of Terri Powers, a woman's wrestler.
Match 8: Stone Cold Steve Austin & Mystery Partner vs Kane & UnderTaker
UT and Kane came out to a dark stormy interance. Then Stone Cold came out alone
and started jarring his mouth off. Who would be his partner?? 'BREAK IT DOWN!' d-X???
It's Billy Gunn! Stone Cold looked at BA Billy Gunn like, "What the hell you doing?"
Well, Gunn was going to be his partner! They went at it, but to little avail. Eventaully,
Undertaker chokeslammed Gunn for the pin. Austin grabs the equalizer: The Chair.
He runs in and slams both UT and Kane. And he walks out.
Winner: UnderTaker & Kane via Chokeslam
quick comment by me: Why Billy Gunn? Gunn is already in a good situation, and
there is no need to put him into this feud. My bet is that it was supposed to be
HHH, but HHH got hurt by Henry's big Leg drop. If you ask me, I think the mystery
partner should have been: Bart Gunn. Bart Gunn deserves the spotlight because of
his Brawl for All victory. He has it comming to him, so why didn't he get it???
who knows.
Main Event: The Rock vs. ManKind vs. Ken Shamrock
The entire arena was pulling for Ken Shamrock in this match. Mankind started by
sitting in the corner. Rock and Shamrock started fighting with each other. The Mankind
got up and threw Shamrock out of the ring. He and The Rock brawled it out. Back
and forth. Usually one man would be out of the ring while the other two fought.
One of the greatest moves was Shamrock putting the sleeper on Mankind. Then the
Rock put the sleeper on Shamrock! Then Mankind got up and gave a double-jaw-breaker
by dropping down to the mat. All three men fell. By now, Vince McMahon, Kane and
Undertaker walked down the aisle. When Mankind landed in front of them, UT and Kane
attacked him, throwing him into the stairs and into the black rail. Shamrock and
The Rock battled. The blows knocked both men down, Shamrock falling outside the
ring. UT and Kane attacked him, beating him down. Then they got into the ring and
double chokeslammed the Rock. From behind, Stone Cold ran out and began pounding
on Vince McMahon. Kane and UT ran back, but Austin quickly disappeared back stage.
After they left, Mankind, Rock, and Shamrock each left on their own.
Winner: No Contest
By now, we have been in Arco Arena for four LONG hours. By the main event, the
seats were begining to empty. It was long and the main event wasn't the big exciting
event we thought, probably because we had been there for such a long time. but it
was a good event. sold out. Lots of signs, lots of kids, lots of Steve Austin T-shirts.
Everyone was pooped, and so they slept as I drove everyone home.
