We arrived at Staples Center 2 hours early. but it was fun to walk
around the arena and then we watched some of the stars come into the arena.
We saw Miss Jakie running into the arena. Then RVD drove up. He
posed for us giving us the thumbs R. V. D. Teddy Long came out on the
phone. I heard him go, "hold on, i'm outside..." and puts the phone down
and goes, "Can I get a HOLLA HOLLA HOLLA?" and the crowd responded. Nunzio
also came out and waved to the crowd. Then Booker T came out to see R
V D's car. but that was all I saw. Lots of limos came through.
We went in and sat down at our seats. The preshow had a promo of the
history of Wrestlemania, which was enjoyed. then Tazz and Michel
Cole come out. Then the Spanish announce team came out. Followed
by Eric Bishoff and the Raw Team. Then Teddy Long and the Smackdown team.
The fink announced it as a Battle Royal.

It was really hard to tell what was going on because they
were all wearing shirts representing their brand. But I think Master
threw the most out and posed. Heidenrich got a mask from Hurricane
before smacking Hurricane. Jindrak nailed his left punch. but in the
end it was Viscera and Masters vs Booker T. Booker T was able to duck
and pull the rope as Viscera charged and fell over the rope. then threw
Masters out and celebrated.

| Wrestlemania begins with a Commercial. from Gladiator.
But the man turns out to be Stone Cold Steve Austin. as the Gladiator!

Gurerro comes out first in a low rider. Rey Mysterio
runs out to his normal pyro, but no jump platform. It was a good match
and a good start to Wrestlemania.
Winner: Rey Mysterio via Pin

| JBL and the Cabinet run into Triple H and Ric Flair
This was a funny segment where the two champions face off with each other.
but Flair steals it by giving Orlando Jordon a "WHOOO" before leaving.

Kane's interence was cool with ladders going on fire.
All the stars run down the aisle and start to brawl. Eventually they
get back to the ring and Benjamin goes flying over the ropes. Then
Kane climbs the turnbuckle and jumps into the group of wrestlers.
The ladders come into the play. Benjamin used a ladder to climb and
jump over a second ladder for a clothesline. Kane worked over Benoit's
arm injuring it. Edge eventually reaches up and grabs the Briefcase,
winning the Match

Eugene comes out and is wow'ed by being at Wrestlemania. However
he is rudely interrupted by Muhammad Hussen and Divari. Muhammad rambles
about being left out of Wrestlemania even though he is undefeated.
He wants to make his own "Wrestlemania Moment" and punches out Eugene.
They beat him up until the appearence of HULK HOGAN. Hogan comes down
and gets beat down, but stands up and beats the daylight out of Hussan and
Divari, he throws them both out of the ring. He poses down for the
crowd.

| The druids begin walking out through fog and myst.
We know its time for:
A good match between the Undertaker and Randy Orton.
Undertaker did alot of old school moves including a dragon Sleeper.
Cowboy Bob Orton came out too with the cast on and nailed the Undertaker.
Undertaker went for the choke slam and it was reversed into an R K O.
Orton decides to put the undertaker into the Tombstone. but Undertaker
reverses it and puts orton into the tombstone. For the win.
Winner: Undertaker via TOMBSTONE.

I never saw so many people leave when they found out what
the match was. All of the sudden there was so much activity of people
leaving for the bathroom and food. Wow... well what can I say I wasn't
looking forward to this match either...
Winner: Trish via Kick to head

probably the best match of the night. The crowd rooted for both
sides. Lots of good moves and athletics. Both guys got airborne,
with Michaels' elbow and Angle's moonsault. Angle finally slaps on
the Ankle lock for the 4th time. and Michaels withstood for a long time.
minutes. but finally had to tap out. Standing Ovation for both
men.
Winner: Kurt Angle via Ankle Lock

Piper arrives with a great ovation. He questions who is the baddest
man in the world. so he calls out STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN. they
slap each other around and bad mouth each other. Piper makes fun of
the "what" chant. But then Carlito comes out and bad mouths both men
as being past their time. But piper grabs Carlito's apple and spits
it on Carlito. Carlito attacks Piper, but Austin grabs Carlito and
STUNNER! He celebrates with Piper with a few beers before STUNNER
on piper. Piper still got a rousing applaud when he left.

Setup for the Sumo Match
Big Show vs Akibono
I admit I got up and left to buy my niece a little Wrestlemania bear.
I do know it took longer to take down and put up the ropes than it did the
match. Oh yeak Akibono won.

JBL's limo arrives and the JBL money falls from the rafters.
He comes out celebrating his greatness. But when John Cena's new music
hits, the crowd goes nuts! John Cena definately has the crowd behind
him. Too bad we can't say the same about hte match. The match
was one of the shortest and disappointing matches because oft he shortness.
It was all JBL. Then Cena comes back with some moves before hitting
the FU and winning. It was so fast I didn't even get a picture.

Motor head is set up and plays the intro song to the Game. Triple
H comes out and walks to the ring. soon to be followed by Ric Flair.
Then Batista comes out to a huge ovation. They face off. Then
try to overpower each other with moves. But Triple H gains the advantage
with Ric Flair. Batista does a sick catapult into the ringpost.
Triple H tries to hit the pedigree, but batista powers out of it.
He hits the Batista Bomb and pins for the win. Batista was overwhelmed
with emotions, down on his knees for a long time and he could barely get
up on the ring corner. He walks out the new World Champion.
