My Resume
|

Currently, I am employed at Winslow Automation, Inc. It is a soldering manufacturing
company. In summary, we take computer chips and resolder them. It's
a pretty complex process. And it's difficult to explain. So I'll
just refer to the website. www.winslowautomation.com
My title is Computer Application Engineer
My job is to make sure all the computers are operational. I perform installs,
hardware and software. Also I am the Network Administrator to the company.
Currently I am working with Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000, migratedintegrated with
Windows NT.
The company is quite successful and is striving during this time of struggle.
This is completely different than school. School you sit down and listen to
lectures that may be out of date, because I've had those classes. But
when you enter the workforce, most of the knowledge you have go out the window because
you get more specific in your field.
I am happy with my job and I'm learning alot about everything.

Swing Solutions was the developer of
the Golf Video Analyzer. The concept was to record your golf swing.
Then replay the swing, allowing yourself to see yourself swing and a golf teacher
to help you improve your swing. The replay also allows a step-by-step forward
or reverse play. Telestrating is also included to draw simple shapes
to help you improve your swing.
My job was to help develop the "Home Version" of the Golf Video Analyzer.
With a camera and a computer, the system would be simple to set up at home and swing
away. You'll be able to see your swing in the comfort of your living room.
I took the main code and stripped it down to it's bare minimum. I also
implemented a voice recognition system, to allow the home user the freedom from
a keyboard and mouse.

Visa is the foundation of the Credit Card.
It handles the transactions of each bank and how the credits work.
Working at Visa International gave me my first experience with Microsoft Access
and Database work. I developed a small database that tracked the tools and
applications developed within Visa. This will allow people to find tools they
need to finish their projects. It was also a self analysis of complience.
Did the applications fulfil the requirements Visa has?

Home of the Chico WildCats, Chico State has the reputation of being one of the rowdiest
schools in California. But believe it or not, it has calmed down from it's
#1 ranking in Playboy many years ago.
I completed Computer Science, General Option, in 4 and 1/2 years. The Computer Science
is part of the ECST (Engineering, Computer Science,
& Technology). Here are my computer classes that I have taken at Chico
State:
